What equipment do you recommend to take realestate videos? I have a Phantom 3 standard, planing on upgrading soon but not sure what else I should have, any recommendations would be appreciated.

Complete your FAA part 107 Certification, then consider equipment.

Assuming you have your Part 107......I use the Phantom 4 Pro because of the enhanced photos it can take.

I also use an Inspire 1 V2 sometimes because my business partner can focus on taking the pictures or videos while I focus on the obstacles the may be around at certain sites.  The dual remotes make it a lot less stressful.  Also use the Inspire for roof inspections with the Z3 camera.

In reality the Phantom 3 line takes 12 MP pics which in most cases should work..........a lot depend on how high a resolution of pictures AND videos the agent wants for his/her web site or wherever they post them.......Zillow, Trulia, etc.
