Tested my Spark a few times in the house without any problems. All of a sudden when I turn on the remote after a few seconds it starts a constant loud beeping and the red led flashes. I'm getting a video feed on the app but the motors won't start up, not that I'd attempt to fly. Battery is fully charged. Anyone else experienced this or any ideas what the problem may be?

Just to add, after booting up the remote the red light flashes, stays on for about a second indicating it's not connected, then flashes and beeps

look like the remote lost connection to the spark

It's paired ok with the Spark because I'm getting video feed. It makes the loud beeping before I even turn on the Spark

Have you tried to calibrate the RC? Please have a try.

Thank you DJI Diana. That has solved the problem. I knew it was was something simple.
Can I suggest DJI give more training to their online chat support staff because twice, I was told the controller needed to be sent to a service centre.
