Every time I update, app takes away my flights.

Yesterday I was 4 hours flight, today at 3, yesterday I had 39 flights today 28 ...

Check the log files (folder), check fly records on the app and do not match ..

In the folder there are more log files.

What is happening?

Of this step in 3 days for app I have never used my Spark

I would recommend you sync the flight records before you update the APP.

May be the problem I have two devices: 1 Android dji go 4.1.3 and IOS dji go 4.1.5 ??

Hello, I had same almost problem, DJI GO APP cancelled 2 month of fly, I'm very upset as i was flying is differente country, Any Idea how to recover it?

Yeah, that may be the problem. Are you using the same DJI account?  You can sync your flight records, then the flight records will be saved in your account.

Have you synced those flight records before? Have you updated or reinstalled the APP before?

I used same account.

Only different O.S. And different Version App.
Monday i fly 3 time (3 battery) but only last two flyrecord are inside the app.
