I just lost my spark too.

I was preparing the active track feature, and hit GO.. Then it shutdown itself and fall

Before my spark fall from sky in dji go apps tell me that "max motor speed reached" after that i press RTH and the spark just hovering and i can't cancel RTH and lose of controll

If there here face with the same problem ?

The exact thing happened to me today, and my Spark fell into a lake. It's gone... How did you resolve it with Dji?

Same story here. Our spark just flew away and then probably dived into ocean. It disconnected from the remote first, so there is no full flight record and there was nothing we could do.
DJI offered -30% coupon. In the middle of winter sale it's like saying 'go f... yourself'. And the care refresh didn't help at all.
