The DJI Go and DJI Go 4 app interfering with eachother has been reported on the forums back in 12/27/2016.

12/27/2016 DJI GO + DJI GO 4 = not working together on the same phone!!

The same issue is causing a few CrystalSky users the same problems;

best suggestion would be to use dji go4 app if using it and close other applications i had the same problem and suggest watch the video on youtube
