Hello DJI,
the camera of my P3 Standard has been pointing just slightly to the left since day one (it's almost un-noticeable, but it's there). IMU and gimbal calibration don't seem to correct the issue, so it must be a mechanical thing where the camera body is not perfectly aligned on the yaw axis.
It would be ideal if you could add a gimbal yaw correction in DJI GO, similar to what we already have for tilt. I've read of people twisting the yaw arm a few degrees, but it seems a bit extreme for something that could easily be corrected via firmware/app.

Try the gimbal adjust in the gimbal menu.

Try the gimbal adjust in the gimbal menu.

The only things you can do from the gimbal menu is Adjust Gimbal Roll, and Gimbal Auto Calibration. I'm asking for a third option to Adjust Gimbal Yaw, to correct for small mechanical misalignments on the yaw axis, similarly to what Adjust Gimbal Roll does for the roll axis (tilted horizon).

I forgot that. Is the screw on the yaw axis fasten or loose?

Not sure I understand your question... I know there is a grub screw on the yaw axis becase I've seen posts from people reporting it to get loose with time, but:
- I believe the screw pushes against a flat spot on the axis, which means it's not designed to make adjustments
- I'd rather not touch things, especially under warranty

Any update on the potential for adjusting the gimbal yaw from the Go app?

PeterX is correct.  Very small allen wrench will tighten the grub screw at top of yaw arm. You may have to swing the arm to see it.

Sorry, we have not got the notice for now. We will release on our official website if there is any update.

I have an option on my DJI Go App called "Recenter Gimbal" but all that seems to do is make the camera face down and I'm not really sure what it's supposed to do. Can anyone explain what it does, how long it takes, what to expect, etc? My camera sits slightly to the left (YAW) by about 5 degrees and I cannot overcome this.

Does "Recenter Gimbal" have any affect?

Does the video yaw to the left?

The camera is facing slightly left after the drone powers up. See this video for full details of my problem:

Sometimes the yaw motor shaft can be off center. That can easily be  fixed by taking the cover off and aligning the flat side of shaft.

Looks aligned when I inspected it.
