I have had my Mavic Pro for two weeks, and it consistently produces jittery video (i.e. it seems like it catches and then skips a few frames). I have tried different settings with no luck.
Please see the original video here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ufuqgxtzbjyoezv/DJI_0002.mp4?dl=0

This was shot with an ND 32 filter at iso 100, 30fps 4k, and a shutter speed of 1/60. Is this a hardware malfunction? I am thinking of returning it and trying a new one, but don't want to if it is something on my end. I need to know ASAP so I can get the Mavic back in time for a trip. Any help is much appreciated!

What kind of settings have you tried? Have you tried 1080p? If yes, please upload a 1080p original video from the SD card to Dropbox for further analysis?

I have tried 1080 with similar results. I adjusted the drone, so that yaw is more gentle, the gimbal moves more fluidly, etc. I am using a Sandisk 64 GB Extreme Pro SD card, and the results are the same as they were with the included 16 GB Extreme SD card. Thanks for the help.

Here is the link to the 1080 video @ 30fps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b2mo4u5vt7lkazf/DJI_0063.mp4?dl=0

Dude you are flying over a freekin small power plant???? You'r lucky your drone did not fall and blacked half of your city...  Try a different location and stay away from cars, mini POWER PLANT. Also does the video chops when you view it on your computer?
Also try a different SD card.  Man...

Looking forward to reply to these issues, I too, having stuttering, freezing, bad focus issues, have tried different SD card, Funny,  in my P3A video is gorgeous, same cards in Mavic, video  simply unwatchable.
Hoping its my lack of knowledge, & I don't have to send my little girl to China!!

Sorry for the delay, could you please also provide us the flight data for further analysis? Please export the data via DJI Assistant 2, then upload it the Dropbox, thank you in advance. Mavic data.png
