I just bought Micro SD card that is recommended by the DJI site for DJI Spark, it's Samsung 64 gb UHS-I Micro SDXC. The problem is when I inserted the card to the spark, the aircraft status window on DJI go 4 app will say SLOW SD CARD on the sd card remaining capacity status. And when I try to record a video, it'll only record 1:45 minutes max before it suddenly stop recording. I'll include the image to show what I mean. So is there anyone have same problem with me? if there's any how do you solve it? because just now i contacted the DJI online support they don't really give me the solution. They asked me to recalibrate the IMU and reinstall the app, and it doesn't work at all.

I have the same card in a security camera at home. I will try it in my Spark after work and see if I can replicate the issue. For now, try formatting it on a computer first, then see if you have the same error on the drone.

I did, i formatted on the computer and also on the app itself. And I''m using EXFAT format for this SD because the DJI support told me so

It could possibly be a bad SD card. I have gotten a few bad ones over the last few years. Try insterting the SD into your computer and running a performance test on it to see if you maintain the advertised transfer speeds.

Try reformatting the card to default format if it wasn't in ex-fat. It could be the card but I would try Sandisk brand.

I'm not familiar with Macs but yeah there seems to be a problem with your card. I would get a new card and return the Samsung. Alot of people use sandisk brand as it tends to be more reliable.
