Just got my osmos in the mail. Battery is fully charged. Wifi settings are on and it finds the osmos but says no internet connection. I can't figure this out.

This is normal. Your Osmo transmits a WiFi signal so your phone can connect and control it, but it is not a WiFi hotspot with internet access. You need to use your phones WiFi connection to log on to the net and activate your account.

Same with me.  Answer below doesn't make sense.  If this is normal, why doesn't the written instructions cover the steps???

The phone / Osmo use wifi to connect to each other directly, not via an ISP. It makes it's own network. Your home wifi makes a network too, but is connected to your ISP / internet. I think...

This error usually happens in iPhone with iOS 10 version or later.
Please ignore the error, if you could see image transmission in DJI Go, the wifi is connected successfully.
