Hi,

Im filming video on Mavic but i would also like to add audio channel sometimes from phone cache. I hear audio while playing cached videos on my S8 phone but i dont hear any audio on google backup nor after i manually copy mp4 files from DJI\dji.go.v4\DJI_RECORD. I dont see any other files in phone memory that seems to contain audio.

Can I somehow get access to audio on my computer?

Thank you!

Peter

We are sorry to tell you that there is no separated audio file in the cached video.

The audio is stored as an audio track in the downlinked video, written to your device's video cache. It's easy to extract the audio and add it to your high-res versions using something like QuickTime Player. From the link above:
On the Mac it's super easy:

1. Open the low-res mp4 containing audio in QuickTime Player
2. Under the File menu, choose Export and then Audio Only...
3. Name the audio file and save it somewhere handy
4. Open the high-res video
5. Drag the audio file you saved over the open high-res video window and release
6. Save.

You now have a copy of the high-res video with the audio captured by your phone.
