Hi has anyone here experience a mysterious swelling on their mavs dispite not even crashing once?  It's located above the front vision sensors on mine and I've already sent mine to repair

Thanks . Can I ask , if they replace the unit . Will my DJI care be transferred to the new unit ?

If the drone is replaced under DJI care, it will be transferred to the replacement automatically.Otherwise, you need to send an email with the SN of the drone and case number to djicare@dji.com, the DJI Care team will deal with it.

Hi unfortunately they have gotten back with me and say it won't be covered under warranty dispite it being a known reaccuring problems that is known with mavic users

Thanks sorry didn't know it failed to send but here it is again . Note that the indentation is bulging upwards as opposed to downwards if it was caused by a direct hit

We all have seen this before, did they say why they wouldn't cover this under warranty, I have just sent mine in because of stress crack, just waiting for it to arrive and be accessed, I won't be happy if it's not covered by warranty.
