OK, two simple questions...

I have the H4-3D gimble along with my GoPro Hero4 black and all is good... I'm picking up some spare parts as I'm heading away for a few weeks and don't want breakdowns or issues so:

Do H3-3D spares work with the H4-3D?
I can't see why not, I am only after the anti-reinforcement board and cables as this is the only really exposed section that might damage but can't find H4-3D spares for love nor money.

Also, I'm going to be without mains or car charge access to recharge my batteries (3) for a few weeks so I have a 12V PowerMonkey that does the trick. It will link up with a car charger unit and I've seen lots of cheaper priced car chargers out there but reliability is key, is it just worth paying the extra and getting the official DJI model even though it is twice the price of other advertised ones I've seen?
