I bought the DJI Prop Guards for Phantom 4 but I cannot get them to slide far enough down to flip the lock lever.  I have tried pressing them on as hard as I can with my thumbs but no luck.

Make sure you are using the correct prop for the correct black/white arms!!!

     Aside from Dirty Bird's snide comment, you appear to have the wrong propguard going in the wrong slot.  If you take a close look at the slots and the propguard's hub, they are slightly slanted.  You need to match the slants.  If you continue pressing the wrong propguard into the wrong slot, you may break the slot or the hub.

You made the same mistake I did.  Phantom 4 prop guards do not fit the Phantom 4 Pro.

Did you buy the Propeller Guard for Phantom 4 Series? Please install Propeller Guards onto corresponding frame arms. Do not mix them.
