Hi Jozef, the Mavic Air in Germany needs to be sent to Holland for the repair service, the system dispatches automatically according to your country and the model of the drone, no worries. The NL repair center will help take good care of it.

Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass das Reparaturzentrum in den Niederlanden auch das offizielle DJI-Reparaturzentrum ist.

Wenn Sie noch irgendeine andere Frage haben sollten, zögern Sie bitte nicht es mich wissen zu lassen.

Later  an email from pkginfo@ups.com arrived on my email address asking me that I have to send my drone from another procedure. But I have already send my drone to the correct address in Netherlands. Will they accept my delivery?

Hallo Mindy, Ik heb mijn drone DJI mini 3 gestuurd naar DJI Deutschland Am  Eifeltor 244  50997 Koln voor reparatie op gezag van DJI.
Het probleem was dat de RTH niet werkte en hij naar beneden is gecrasht en ik hen niet meer kan kalibreren.
Nu heb ik een Refresh verzekering maar krijg even goed een rekening, ik heb gebeld met Koln maar nu ligt hij in Nuth waar ik geen RMA nr van heb dus ik kan ook niet controleren waar hij is en wie ik kan bereiken met mijn vragen.
Weet jij hier een oplossing voor .

mijn cas nr: is CAS-10081972-N3M3L9.

Hello, i'ver sent in my broken DJI Mini 3 Pro last week. I live in the Netherlands, but the return label it got from DJI says the drone has to be sent to Köln (Germany) and not Nuth (in The Netherlands). So i sent it to Köln. According to the Dutch post office (Post NL) it has been delivered last Saturday, but when i check the status it says 'Not received'. Is something going wrong, of do i have to be more patient?
