Nothing is wrong.  The stripes on white are indicating overexposure.  You can turn that feature off in the menus, but it is good to leave it on for most things so you know to adjust the camera better.  Sometimes, you want overexposure in some areas, like the place where it is in the above image.  It indicates the sky it bright.  More than likely you don't care about the sky so much and you want to expose for the rest of the picture.  Also, learn to use the histogram to know even without the stripes when you are over or underexposed.

This is Over Exposure Warning. After Over Exposure Warning is turned on, zebra stripes will occur, which let you know where the image is over-exposed. Zebra stripes will be recorded in the video cache and photo cache, but not in the original file. You can switch it off in camera settings.

I wish the zebra stripes were thinner with the same spacing width. The black bars cover up too much of the image imo. Perhaps they could be adjustable like the red focus levels
