I have been trying everything I could to try and link the Tablet to the controller and phantom 4.
The tablet is a Samsung Tab4 W/ATT cell service.  Model of Tablet is SAMSUNG-SM-T337A, Android Version 5.1.1.

I can link the phantom 4 with my P4P+ RC and all works good.

May I know what's troubleshooting have you tried? Is there any message when you connect the controller and tablet? Please try to change the USB cable first. Also, I would recommend you to change another recommended mobile device to verify.

There is no message on the mobile.  i loaded the go fly 4 from the 'play' icon on the screen.  when i run the go fly, it does not show that the mobile is connecting to the controller.  the mobile says it is disconnected.  when i go into the controller setup on the mobile and try to link to the aircraft, i get the message 'CONFIRM FREQUENCY SETTINGS?.  This does nothing when i click ok.
i have linked the aircraft and controller, and have green LED on both.
