Sometimes it goes up from 65%, but 1% by 1% and takes ages to but the stop at 9x%

I am having hard time syncing my flight records thu my CrystalSky.

It always stop around 30% or 65%. Anyone having this issue as well?

I would recommend you to change the WiFi and make sure the CrystalSky has a solid network.

I have tried a few Wifi networks and I could get fast network speed with my iPhone that connected to the same network.

I actually have the same problem regardless of which wifi network I'm connected to... always stop at those percentages, and would take ages to move on...

same here..... I discover something tho.

I found the % stop if I left the monitor on.

I once tried to switch the monitor off (to sleep i think), it then sync nicely.

Hey there, did you enable the battery saver? If yes, please disable the Restrict network access, I'll attach the screenshot for your reference.

Thanks so much for the reply.

It seems to me that the problem have gone after I updated the CS firmware.

I will try further and will let you know the result.

I am still having the problem even after I have disabled the mentioned function, I actually realised that I have never turn on the battery saver function at all.

Please kindly advice.

I just started using crystalsky and found that I have the same problem? I’m wondering if it’s worth the money and trouble? I was hoping for a better experience not a Beta... Looking forward to the next firmware upgrade because this device is not working

Same problem here. Just freezes a 39% for over an hour till battery runs out

I just purchased the Crystalsky Ultrabright and I am having the same problem.  Usually takes about half an hour to sync ONE flight record!  Intolerable.  I do like the monitor in all other respects but this needs to be fixed.

You'll be waiting a very long time for any fixes... DJI already got your CS money, they don't care anymore.

Is it solved?
