The technique I use is similar to https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2xP05iBrVzc but I shoot all my sky shots myself on the day with a separate camera on the ground.  I don't use Drone pan myself to shoot the aerial images, instead I aim the camera manually and take all the shots I need.

They're very time consuming to do but sharing the views in a different way makes it all worthwhile.
