Does anyone know if putting a skin on a mavic will void the warranty/ refresh or cause the quad to overheat, reduce ranges etc. Some pretty cool skins out there but don't want it to cost me my drone. DJI?

Stickers and wraps don't affect warranty unless there is some freak circumstance that makes the wrap affect flight performance (not sure how this would happen).

No problem. Make sure to post how cool your aircraft looks when you're done!

quality skins (over $25) typically  have proper vent holes and don't do anything but protect against typical scrapes and scratches while allowing your Mavic to scream *IM AWESOME*

I'm guessing those are wrapped too.

The queation may be a redundant one due to some of the q&a ive seen on the forum since my veryveryvery recent post. I sent in my mavic pro for a rwplacemnet with the refresh insuran e and i have a skin on it. Will the skin in anyway give DJI an opportu ity to void my claim? Its my firat crash ever and i look calm but im realy concerned.

I went for the carbon fibre skin with no problems at all. I would steer clear of the metallic skins as they are probably more likely to affect the aircraft.

Been considering getting one. But had warranty concerns. Thanks dji joe for clarifying

Use common sense.  Don't obstruct any air-flow or affect shape and it should be fine.
