Hello!

I try to understand, why i can't download the video with the sound, I can listen on my iPhone, but when i try to download it on my phone or imac, i have the message that it is not possible to download this video?

The footage from the Mavic SD card does not contain sound, as it hasn't got a microrophone on board (would be useless).
