I no longer have my default firmware and all updates, I only see .1000!

All we can do is add the V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11 firmware to your account, I am sorry to say that we can't reset your account. Besides, you'll no longer need the other firmware, just upgrade it to the latest one.

It is getting really annoying for I spent a lot of time for nothing. On both accounts only version V01.03.1000 is available. Try to install it with the same result - fail with the same error code.
Additionally, upon I connect to Mavic by DJI Assistant, 1st I see the following message. If I choose "Update", it goes to the same v01.03.400 version and says "Successful" (I cant understand why it update from v400 to same v400)  but fail to update to the latest (v1000).

1) I try upgrade to V811, downgrade to V350 - same result, fails at 15%.
2) No, I saw nothing wrong before, drone fly perfect at GPS mode, took video and pictures. Dodn't check the other possibilities though. All at V400.
3) Here are all today's logs:

I am having the same issues trying to upgrade my AC. I have reinstalled Dji Assistant 2 on my windows PC 4 times and it keeps failing at 41%.

My RC firmware is .1000
My AC is .400

I only have two .1000 firmwares on my account.

Can you add a different firmware please.

Hi, I also just bought a Drone and had the same issues as you. I did succeed in the end.What I did. Using the Assistant 2 and the USB cable, connected directly to the Controller and ran the firmware update which worked and completed successfully. I then powered up the Drone and had my phone connected to the Controller and Controller communicating with the Drone. I then connected the USB to the Drone and repeated the firmware update which worked successfully. I'm now on latest version .1000 and drone is working really well. Let me know if this helps

I try to upgrade to 1.03.0811 or downgrade to 1.03.0350 and after 15% I get: "Undefined 0x032800".

The version 1.03.0810 doesn't show up on my Assistant 2 list.

My current version is:

Remote - 1.03.1000

Hello Diana, thanks for your reply. I tried your steps. But no success.

Fails at 15%. Undefined 0x032800. Both if I try to upgrade to 1.03.0811 or downgrade to 1.03.0350. The curious is that the version 1.03.0810 that you said doesn't show up on my Assistant2 listing.

My current version is:
Aircraft - 1.03.0400
Remote - 1.03.1000

I have 2 suggestions:
1) What if you release to me the firmware 1.03.0810? I can't see it on my list (only the 0811).
2) Or, what if you release to me to downgrade my remote to 1.03.0400, the same as my current Aircraft, so at least I can have my aircraft and my remote on the same firmware?

ps: I already tried in 2 different computers, 2 different cables, Windows 8 and Windows 10, I've spent a total of 4+ hours working on this issue today with no success.

Doing a firmware upgrade on a Mavic Pro delivered yesterday fails if I use the DJI Pro 4 app on my iPad, and has left the original battery bricked: The two middle lights are on, it can't be turned off, and if placed in the charging hub the hub's light turns red. I've tried updating the drone firmware with the battery installed using DJI Assistant 2 on my MacBook Pro, and it reports success, but the battery is still bricked.

How can I unblock my battery?

(Apologies for posting this in multiple threads, but as a new user the forum won't let me start a new thread to ask the question, and I want to make sure it is seen as this is a perfect weekend for flying.)

Just upgraded to newest firmware. Took a long long time and stoped several times during download. Did the upgarade trough  the DJI go 4 as usual. Iphone 6. Strong wifi connection. Had to push "contiue download " 10 times or more. What a hassle. Looking forward to text upgrade ?

Please try to insert this battery into the drone, then refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2, see if it works. If it is the same, you may need to send the battery in for diagnosis and repair.

Your DJI Assistant 2 is up to date, no need to upgrade the DJI Assistant 2, you should upgrade the firmware of the drone to V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11.

Hi Diana,

I have exactly same issue during upgarde of my AC.

I tied many things like different combinations, re-installed DJi Assistand 2, created new acounts, ... but still failed with e.g. unknown error 0x020106

My RC firmware is .1000
My AC is .0550

Can you add a different firmware please.
