When i  launching Assistant 2 its gives me only 1 option update to 01.03.1000 is this right ??

Did you log into your DJI Account on DJI Assistant 2? Please reinstall the DJI Assistant 2, then log into it, see if it works.

Hi Diana, so i did update on mavic and RC , its says now :Version 01.03.0813, RC 01.03.0813. Aircraft Database 01.00.01.05. same as APP database but  it still can not take off and in Overall Status says Version Unmatched

Please follow all of the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or  V1.3.8.11 or V1.3.8.13
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one.

Hello Diana! I'd like to give you a feedback. I logged in my account again and the V1.3.8.11 disappeared, but now I had the version V1.3.8.13. I used this one and it upgraded succesfully! Then I pressed the REC button and updated to the latest firmware and everything is working perfect now. Thank you very much for your help!!!

Hello Diana,
I have the same problem updating from v01.03.0400 to v01.03.1000. Tried everything with DJI GO 4 and Assistant 2 on iPhone 6S and Macbook. The RC is updated but de Aircraft is still in v01.03.0400. The Mavic Pro is New (no first fly yet). Is it the case to Downgrade and Update. My account is opalmajunior AT gmail.com . In Assistant 2 I only see v01.03.1000 that always fail to upgrade - 0x020106. Can you help please?

Hello.
I managed to fix using Assistant 2 for Windows. For those with the same problem - I tried the update with no success usin a Macbook and Assistant and DJI GO 4 too. I remembered one post suggesting to try with Windows, and it worked.

Hi Diana,

I am having the same issues trying to upgrade my AC. I have reinstalled DJI Assistant 2 on my Mac 2 times and it keeps failing at 62%.

My RC firmware is .1000
My AC is .400

I only have 1 firmware on my account.

Can you add a different firmware please.

Hi Diana,

upgrade of drone from .550 to .813 was sucsessful done, but RC and drone doesn't communicate anymore i.e. I cannot start record...
SW update .1000 on drone without record is still not possible with error message 0x020106

Drone: V01.03.0813-
RC: V01.03.1000

Need you help, again...

My RC is on Version .1000 but the Mavic pro on.500 and fails always while updating even with tapping the REC button before...

Tried to downgrade the RC but there is no version available in my account

Have you inserted an SD card into the drone? Have you got any error message? Please provide some screenshots or a short video about this issue for better assistance.

Hello.
I can't upgrade Mavic anyhow And with any available firmware.
Tried with 1.03.1000, 1.04.000 and 1.04.100
All the time have errors: 0x020106 or 0x032800
I tried from different Assistant versions (1.09, 1.1.0_2 and 1.1.6). From different computers (but I have only Windows10 everywhere).
Also tried from DJI Go from Android phones (Also tried different versions of DJI Go).
I have this issue for a while, and try to upgrade everytime.
But still have version 1.03.400

Forgot to mention that I used different SD cards. And format them from Mavic and from workstation.

What I can do with this? I'm looking for features from 1.04.0100 Firmware.

In addition, forgot to mention than RC was successfully upgraded to 1.04.0100. And now I have incompatibility problem. Aircraft have 1.03.0400 but RC 1.04.0100 Really need your help.
