WELL I DID NOT HAVE ANY IMAGE FROM THE CAMERA...I CONTACT ON LINE SUPPORT..THEY GUIDE ME TO UPDATE FIRMWARE STEP BY STEP..BUT NOTHING COMES OUT AT THIS TIME..I WAS ADVICED TO SEND THE EQUIPAMENT TO TECH SUPPORT...ANY COMENTS?

I have had the same problem and have tried everything, nothing worked except for this... it's in German but you. Am clearly see what head doing. Worked for me!

I have the same problem but I have factory reset and upgraded and it said both were successful. I contacted DJI support and they said to send it in which I would like to do as a last resort

It seems that you have got the latest firmware. How about linking RC and the LED lights?

well the rc and the drone are linked...iin fact i fly without  camera image...all word fine..there is no beeps from the front sensors...  take off and landing  was fine  but i am video producer..i need the camera image back...

I am having the exact same problem.  The drone links to the remote and I get no video image.  I tried to delete and reinstall the app on my iPhone 6 but still no image.  I have the  exact same drone.

Please refer the tutorial video and refresh the firmware again, and link RC.

May I know what's the current version of your aircraft, controller and APP? You can check it by launching DJI GO>General Settings>About

the german giys video solved the no signal issue on my Phanthom 4 pro plus. follow his steps. it works. problem i did not have the latest firmware in either the controller or the phanthom drone!

I was had the same problem with my 2weeks old drone. No signal, or NO signal in the computer with assistant program.
They changed the drone to the new one and now working.
