Hello,

I wanted to post this because I have been unable to fined such a thing on this Forum. After looking through numerous sources I have found that battery authentication error is fairly common. If this occurs to you there is a few different steps that you should take to make it write. These are advised before they will let you exchange the battery. The first thing to do it refresh the Firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 application. The next would be to try and revert the software to the previous version. The last thing is to let the battery run down and then charge it to 100%. If you've done this and still have the error they will replace the battery within warrantee if you are within the warrantee period. I hope this helps someone as I wish I had gotten the help. They need this information in the email to them in addition to proof of purchase(online receipt they send you):
