Would like to ask a question about the battery being interrupted while charging due to a power outage and then charged again after the powers is back on just a few minutes after it was interrupted, will that battery be fine?

Yep it should be fine unless the outage shorted and fried the battery.

It kept on charging and finished it, moved on to the next one. Thanks for the fast reply.

Just as Bekaru mentioned, there is no need to worry about it.

What exactly was the concern in the first place?  You've got more to worry about with reclosers in a storm than your little Mavic charger.  And your dog too.  Guess you don't have any other sensitive elctronics.  Yeah, definitely Judge Wapner.

I wouldn't worry about it unless the battery was almost fully charged when the power went off.  In that case, I'd probably fly it around the yard for several minutes to run it down again and then (after cooling) go top it off.
