Can someone please help.  After failed attempt to update the Osmo with the X5 camera the X5 camera will now has no image transmission in the Inspire 1 OR the Osmo.  The X3 works fine on the Inspire 1.  The odd thing is I see the DJI logo in the middle of the page.  I have a major contracted shoot beginning tomorrow in Asheville and the DJI is saying send it in.  Please help.

So can no one can help me think of anything to try to get the X5 functioning?

Have you tried to force the Osmo Pro to update via the steps below:
Download the firmware to the root directory of SD card;
Before power on, keep pressing the Trigger and Record button at the same time, then press Power switch for about 5 seconds until the indicator blinks red and green alternatively.
A few minutes later, when the indicator becomes solid green, delete the firmware in SD card and reboot the Osmo Pro.

I tried.  It never stops blinking alternating red and green.  Never.

I needed both.  I used the X3 and was generally underwhelmed.

I was abe to get the osmo to update with the X3.  The X5 will not yield a video signal.  The X3 seems to work fine.

If the X5 failed to finish firmware updating in Osmo, there should be a log file in hidden folder, is that possible to get that?

you might want to go one firmware version back and see if it takes, in other words dl and install the last version you had on the X5 hopefully it will stick and you can use it

Format sd card. Download firmware zip file, extract .bhn file and put that and only that on X5. Put X5 on inspire and let it update again.
