I just broke the left foot landing gear, my Mavic met a tree unfortunately.

Hi fans 537.... - u can make a prosthetic leg like this
as temp measure.
you may want to put some tape around to prevent falling off and trim the bottom so that it is level - otherwise works well.

Well its not really a huge damage, the foot has been twisted a little bit, it is not a big deal to me send the drone to DJI. It is more a aesthetic question that a safety matter.

I already contact support @ days ago asking if it is possible to buy this part.

Hi Dji Thor,

thank you for helping.
the ticket number is 684660
the crash was really stupid, and the impact was not a real impact.

I did not see this little tree and one of the propeller touch a rams of the tree and I was just near so before the propeller got too much involve with this tree rams I grab my mavic fast, but not in a good way, I grab it by the left landing gear foot, and I twist it a little bit.
The engine arms has no damage.

I fly the Mavic again around me, and everything is normal, but about aesthetic, this landing gear foot look not nice.

You could buy something like this and stick it on : http://amzn.to/2vXKyws Or send it in for repair, but knowing DJI it will probably be a pricey fix

Thank you for your help Thor. So far the Mavic do everything perfect, it seems that there is no internal damages.
I make few test with it today and I can say that this little Mavic impress me.

The only thing I don't like about Mavic, its I tried to direct connect it via USB to my iMac, and it show empty files, no pict no video. Phantom 4 its compatible with iMac and it make easy to download the files.

You want to be careful, that is where they have an antenna in each of the front legs.

Thanks Slic -those nozzle things are great. As a climbing arborist i am up a tree most days and those little suckers are the differance between easy access and no access. I do not use spikes and relay 99% on rope access.
Washintonia palms with heavy skirts are dangerous for us (the skirt can fail and trap the climber below, almost always ending very badly).
Only safe way is to climb over the skirt and work from top down which u cant do with spikes and a lanyard anyway - this means i have to get my climbing line over the top of the palm tree - and thats where this nozzle plays an essential role.
First i get my throw line over (i have had years of practice so i can nail up to 30 m palm mostly on first throw with up to about 5m/s wind - occasionally i might need a second throw or a third).
Throwline is a 2mm braided nylon with a 300gram fisher mans sinker (2 100 gram whale tear sinkers electric taped back to back)
Typically i use 200 grams but on tall palms i need the extra weight to help the line come back down to ground again.
Then i remove the sinker - install the nozzel over the throw line - do some half hitches with the throw line up the end of my climbing line and screww the end of the nozzle to the end of the climbing line -
then pull the other end of throw line which pulls the climbing line over the tree.
When the rope gets to the palms fronds on the top the nozzle helps the climbing line cut through the leaf so that it can be pulled down. - Otherwise the nob (without the nozzel) causes the line to get stuck.

I get them at the hardware shop for free - cant think of anything else you can get for free these days.

So the removable disk of the drone is shown on your computer, but there are no files on it, right? had you tried to change the SD card from Mavic Pro to Phantom 4? Please check can the files be read when you change a route. If they can be read, then you need to check the driver or connection of the Mavic; if they can't, then it might be the SD card's error, try to format it.
