I followed all the instructions to download the flight data log, but nothing shows up on the DJI Assistant. I tried multiple times and even after 5 minutes all I get is this attached image.

My spark is paired with the remote. Do I need to turn on the remoteto download flight data?

I can see the firmware screen so the drone is connected.

No need to turn on the RC, restart the drone, then try it again. You can also try to reinstall the DJI Assistant 2.

I found the issue. While looking at other forums, I read that I need to restart the computer because of some driver issue.

Maybe something to add to a FAQ.
