I keep attempting to do the 180 pano shot on my spark. It keeps failing on the dji app. All firmware updated. Any suggestions?

Hi, same problem here. Found Solution. It seems pano stichting only works, when spark connected to App. Then Go to play bottom right. There you can stich pano. Dont understand why this is not possible without Connection.

Because u have to download all images off of spark in order for it to be stitched....so it needs to be on to transfer data (download)

But  series and single Shots are automaticly shown in App. That is confusing.

Mean showing automatic in app Editor tap.

I had 1 pano work great 21 shots and then the next 1 failed will try again

Please provide more details about this issue. Besides, what is the APP version and what mobile device are you using?

I can see a regular pano shot on the dji app using iPhone 6 Plus on most current iOS.  I have all the current updates on iPhone and dji go 4 app. The 180 pano shot would do 21 shots but when I go to see them on the editor play button it would load for awhile and then fail. I have the spark on while I transfer the shot on. I believe the stitching failed. Hope that helps. Newbie here.

all upgraded spark version remote controler version up to date only when 1 meter above the ground it works on all pano's setings
it say after higherup  canot capture  pano  fail
normal fhotos works fine
and used the recent app dji go 4

at 120 meter high it says capure fail at pano  H / V / 180  / normal foto;s works fine at 4k
video works fine 1080P plus i have a super quick micro  sd card 100 mb sec write + download
