I don't think the issue is related to syncing. I don't sync and I still have the lower_version_boardnum record (single flight of 1 metre and 3 minutes on 1 May) along with my Spark and Mavic Air records.

Had the same this morning - had 3 flights - 1 battery flight was perfect - came back and put in the next battery and went up but the drone was behaving odd and had problems getting video feed to my phone even at 30 meters away - went back to restart the app & mavic air - it returned to me but kept drifting away from me when i wanted to hand land it - finally got it turned it off - restartet the app - took of again and it was ok - the next flight was recorded with the normal name of the drone

I have this issue as well. One of my records says lower version boardnum and the flight corresponds to my real drone profile.

I also have the same issue but on that same flight my drone entered atti mode and disappeared.  According to my flight records, the drone is still at 145.6ft and distance of 106.1ft but I can promise you it is not there considering there are no tall buildings or trees near the area.

Had you also tried to sync again? They should come out when you sync again if the records were synced successfully before.

but -as you will know- there is a SYNC problem again... Flight Records do sync but at 99% there is the message that sync failed and that you should try again, which does not help.

This happens more often... sometimes it is solved but now, since a few weeks the situation is not OK.

And -I am SURE and CONVINCED- this problem is not on my side of the DJI GO and DJI GO 4... not a problem with my internet connection (download 250mB/s upload 30mB/s...)
I do have the last versions of iOS (maybe DJI GO and DJI GO 4 have problems with iOS v 12.1.1 and v 12.1.2 (iPhones)) and I use the last DJI GO and DJI GO 4 aps...

Mr. Thor... please talk with your engineers and to the people who are responsible for your servers....
ohhh and when DJI would do what they promised (WAYPOINTS v 2.0 for the Mavic 2 Pro) and accessories for the DJI OSMO Pocket it would be even nicer

Houston, we have a problem...
Without a GPS signal, the drone won't know where it is, so it will always report its last known position.
Once ATTI kicks in, it is up to you to fly the drone visually.

Only problem is that it wasnt anywhere near that position.  Because you could not hear it.  I should've been able to hear it right above my head.

Could you start a new thread and upload the log from you controller to PhantomHelp? MAybe we can glean something from them?

I actually have 4 different logs showing.

This one is only 1 flight and it happens to be when my Phanthom 3 flew away

You are not alone.

I have the same issue and I have three Logs, my name , my name with the Spark, and Lower Version Boardnum.  
I dont have ton of fancy flight data but Its still strange.  Thought I would just have one?  Any thoughts??

I signed out of the DJI app and then Signed back in and it went away!!!!

I have the lower version boardnum too. Macic 2 only just a couple of weeks. Logged in and out of app. No change. Seems the is ongoing issue without explanation?

I have the same error with multiple devices like the mavic and P4 can you guys help me? all my flight are sync you can check.

Same Issue with ALL my DJI drones.

Happen to me , this is strange I hv lost my mavic air last night. drop GPS from 18 to 4 and switching atti by itself, can't control anything just disconnected , Aircraft fly away and i cant do anything .
