Does anyone know what the device is on the Spark home page? Looks like a charging cradle using the 4 connectors on the bottom of the battery. Anyone knows any details on this device? I have not seen it mentioned before.

Maybe the dock has a USB out port to charge the remote. But still, if only for charging, I doubt people will buy it while the hub already charge 3 batteries at the same time.

The only advantage I can see now would be not having to take your battery out of the Spark.

The advantage of this one is that it is mobile. It has a build in battery itself - independent of a power source. So, you can charge 2 batteries and the Spark with a battery while on-the-go.

I read it in another forum. But, maybe this charging base was just a prototype before they made the charging hub a lot smaller and more portable.
It was presented in this video as being part of the Fly More Combo before the release:

I had read somewhere, can't remember where, that the charging hub would also add additional return to home features for landing right on the charging hub.

i would say you are correct.

On Amazon and Ali are chargers 5 in 1 (4 x pin connector for batteries + usb for remote) for 30-40$.

200$ would be shot in feet and most user would stay with unofficial equipment 4 x cheaper on on the go nice powerbanks  ;) Maybe this is spark self repair kit also

That is definitely the Spark mobile charging station - it will charge three batteries and looks like it has a discharge function built into it. I imagine it will probably have a power bank too for charging in the field/between locations and possibly a USB connection your mobile &/or RC - this was launched with the Spark back in May '17 but is yet to be seen on the market.

I want one .. looks slick and can also charge three batteries from what I can tell .. HURRY DJI

I was about to buy some other third party "on the go" charger, but this one seams to be a must have! i can't wait!!!!
Frustrated i'm going to buy more batteries, waiting this dock for more fly time...
In the future i was thinking the best deal should be a Fly Much More Combo with this dock & 3 batteries (not only 2) & without the charging hub in the combo.
