I have a brand new Phantom 4 Intelligent Battery -- that appears to be dead on arrival. I know my charger is good -- it charged my other battery just finre. But the new battery does not respond to anything - pressing the on button, or plugging the battery into the charger. Help!!!

Please try to charge over one hour, the battery may be in sleep mode because of transportation.
If there is no response after an hour, please contact support to start a ticket and send it in for replacement.

Take it to your local hobby shop they should be able to start low battery charge
