salve a tutti, da qualche mese ho acquistato un mavic e fino ad oggi non ho mai riscontrato problemi nell'utilizzo. Oggi appunto, prima di volare, ho acceso il mavic, poi il controller e nel mentre ho aperto l'app dell'Iphone. Fatto tutto ciò ho notato che l'iphone non mi faceva vedere ciò che la telcamera del mavic vedeva né tantomento tutti i classici parametri soliti; però sull'RC mi diceva "ready to fly". Non posso dire di aver visto o meno qualche avviso di pericolo o malfunzionamento perchè, ripeto, non mi faceva vedere nulla: sullo schermo vedevo uno sfondo nero con in basso la minimappa e dove solitamente ci sono scritti i parametri c'erano, se non ricordo male, dei trattini. Ho più volte provato a spegnere tutto (app compresa) ma il problema persisteva. Alle volte è capitato che per un momento mi facesse vedere qualcosa ma poi ad un tratto spariva tutto. Ora invece ho provato a ricollegare e, aperta l'app, mi diceva direttamente "disconnected". Cosa può essere?

Could be a bad cable or lint in the iPhone Lightening socket preventing a good connection -- remove any lint or debris if any and if not, make sure you completely unplug the supplied cable and try your iPhone cable by connecting to the standard USB plug under the RC. Hope this helps.

It's most likely the DJI supplied cable between your iPhone and mavic pro. You need to unplug it and use the USB slot on the mavic controller. Pick up something like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/produc ... 0?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It really is a shame that DJI can't figure this out. Seems like 90% of people have problems with the supplied cable.

Ciao, anche a me fa lo stesso problema con iPhone 7plus, forse dipende da cavo, ho provato a contattare l'assistenza dji e vediamo cosa dicono, il problema è ancora persistente oppure hai risolto?

No meu caso tive este mesmo problema com o iPhone 6.
Nunca conectou ao controle remoto. Testei com outros 4 celulares e todos deram certo, inclusive outro iPhone 6.
Já está tudo atualizado, (aeronave, controle, aplicativo, IOS) mas não resolve. Já até restaurei configuração original do iPhone e não deu certo.
Alguém já encontrou solução para este problema.

I would recommend you to use the USB port on the bottom of the RC.
