Has anybody got an answer to this?  Sure would appreciate the help.

I am currently applying for some Drone Operations Permits and most everything is progressing nicely.

Part of the process is to send the manufacture's manual to the government agency to which I am applying.  No problem for most of the agencies and I have gotten approved in all cases except for one difficulty.

In a few of the remote countries I am applying to, the agency's server can not receive attachments larger than 5mb and they are not allowed to use a download service like GOOGLE or Drop Box!  

So are there more compressed versions of the pdf, as the software protected files I have gotten from your website do not allow me to compress them further.

I am leaving in 13 days and this is so worrisome...
