Hey guys,  
I want to have the audiofile together with the video so I can use it in my edits.  
Now when I have the cache file on my phone (Galaxy S7) it says the file is damaged but it will still play in lesser quality than the one on the sd card but with audio recorded from the phone. When I move this file onto my laptop to edit it in Final Cut Pro X the svideofile is coloured green and it freezes the programm when I try to select the file.  
Is there any way of getting this done?

On my mobile I can play the full clip with audio but I don't get a preview image when I see the file in my Gallery album of the phone.

Yesterday I deleted the file cache of the drone and now I can't play the files anymore. It asks to connect to the internet to view the files.

I will try to get the video on Dropbox tomorrow cause I'm travelling without my laptop right now.

I see the same problem on my spark, too!
If I turn off voice recording in the DJI Go App cache settings, the cached video is well recognized by the editing program. But the purpose is getting audio...

edit: Ah I see it can't be previewed in Dropbox so you need to download it.

I updated my Spark yesterday and now I can't seem to find the quickshot button anymore?

Hi there, I can preview the cached video and it plays very smoothly without green screen like you uploaded above. Might that be the problem of the player? Please check again. If you can not find the Quickshot button, could you please provide a screenshot of this?

Well might be a problem with MacBook? I viewed it in QuickTime player and with Final Cut Pro X. With both programs I get a green screen. On the phone it will play normally with sound but only the preview image is damaged.

That's wired. Do you have another computer to try with?

Strange indeed.
Maybe a fps issue. I remember apple having slight different fps than Spark

Haven't had the time to use the Windows pc yet but here is a screenshot of the DJI fly screen without the Quickshot, the icon doesn't appear when I fly either.

Made a new video but Quickshot still hasn't returned.

Just found out, Quickshot didn't show up in the screen because the drone was in Panorama mode.
