To resolve this
Turn Crystalsky on then put into standby
Remove Battery and leave it sitting face up for 24 hours minimum somewhere safe.
After 24 hours you will see the screen begin to return to normal, It will take about a week in total for this to get back to normal but no lasting damage should happen.
I would also strongly advice the below after updating or receiving you Crystalsky
CrystalSky
I personally recommend the below for out the box setup, it's important you Update to the latest firmware.
1: After Initial setup factory reset by going into Settings, Backup & Reset, Factory Data Reset then clicking Reset Device.
2: When it reboots reconnect CrystalSky to your wifi network (you will need to put the password in again) then go into Setting, then Update and click Check For Updates, the latest firmware is V02.02.08.01, let it update and reboot.
3:After the update has completed I strongly recommend performing the Factory Data Reset in step 1 again just to set the image back to default then you should be all good.
