Dear DJI team,
My i2 was delivered to the DJI service center in Netherlands on July 28 (UPS tracking), August 3 according to the DJI's service center.
A week after it has come to the repairing progress stage "Conducting Damage Assessment" ...and since then I have no news.

Now I suspect that its happening the same issue that I encountered in my previous experience when I was left without news for 20 days, then, thanks to Natalia's intervention in this forum, it was repaired and tested in half an hour.
The case number is CAS-830551-M2C6T4, if the DJI team can tell me about the state of repair I'd be grateful.
