Hi! I had 2 small crashes, just some small scratches on mavic body, drone is fine, and flies great, but I started to think about warranty, do I have to forget about it or it still works?

warranty implies a production defect, crashes unless they can be proven that  a manufacturing fault caused the crash would not be covered

DJI refresh is what your looking for if you want to make claims for AC damage

If it still works fine then maybe put a skin on it ( decal ) should hide the scratches

Forget about it. Mine was pristine when I sent it in, never been crashed,  after it started smoking when I turned it on. DJI refused to honor the warranty because they claimed it showed "Impact damage" and therefore wasn't a product malfunction.

For the crash, data analysis will be conducted to check whether it is caused by product malfunction. We will offer you the corresponding solutions according the analysis result.

Crash was my fault, but after it drone flies great with no problem 1-2 months so far, but, example, if after 1 year something goes wrong with ESC or other electronics, will DJI repair it, because i'ts factory problem, and not refuse it, because i had crash 1 year ago

I'd say that they would say that your crash cause esc to break , no warranty. But they will fix it like brand new and you will hAve it back with in 30 days or so. They are very presise when it comes to repairing and analyzing

I have the same issue. I never had a crash, but few scratches after 3 months to my asia trip. DJI refuses to replace the camera module under warranty  which was originally delivered with production error by manufactory (black spot on vissible recordings.) Looks like they are trying to find a lot of excuses for no waranty case. Currios to the final decision.

I got my MAVIC AIR,
I was not able even to see the motors start.
I want to return this unit, clearly something is defective, and I don't know what.
I can only connect my RC to my phone. The Aircraft does not generate any WIFI signal.
I could not pair my MAVIC AIR with the phone, or the RC, I tried all the steps.
I want to return it so bad.
I hope I won't have any problems.

Yes!
I read 10 times the manuals!!! I am not exaggerating at all.
I read it in 3 languages ( French, English and Spanish)
I have probable watched more that 50 videos from official youtube user and many other experienced users.

I plugged in my MAVIC AIR, to my laptop and is not being recognized by the software DJI Assistant 2, but I can see the internal content of the aircraft using windows explorer

I did it, they gave me a case number.
but the response looks like was done by a program and not a human being.
I could even use it on my vacation, I'm so frustrated.

Where did you purchase the drone and from whom?

Crashes are out of warranty if not deemed product issue?
