I get a warning in DGI GO that reads "Barrery Cell Error" "Solution: to ensure battery health, do not power off the airraft untill discharging to tp 5% after landing. Restart and sync the flight data. ontact DGI Support as soon as possible. I also get "Battery Error. return home and land soon. View the checklist after landing. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

On the battery page which shows the 4 cells , do you see a voltage imbalance between then, is one of them red instead of green ?

Did you fly right to the end of the battery capacity, e.g 10% battery left ?

Don't think you use that one again.   Hope you have another!

try new dji battery.

Try to fully discharge it, then fully charge it. See if it works. If it is the same, please contact the Support to start a case, the warranty period of the battery is 6 Months and Charge Cycle less than 200 Times. Besides, do not fly the drone with this battery if this error is still there.
