How come no DJI moderators showing up yet? we need help please.

My SR got a fairly bogus response (reinstall app) but if they get enough of them they'll see the problem.

Yes, you are right and I already navigated to the support form, but unfortunately I'm still in holiday and do not have all documents here they ask for (e.g. invoice)

I talked with the DJI chat this morning and pointed them to the limitation regarding threads here. Hope that helps DJI realizing this bug. Btw: they advised me to re-install sparks firmware. Will do so when time, but not very confident it will help...

I'm having the same issue. Only been out once after the latest firmware update.
It happened to me with two batteries.

iOS app 4.1.7
latest firmware on all batteries and controller.

I was hoping 4.17 was issued to fix this!

Oh - latest is 4.19. Can anyone confirm if this issue is fixed in 4.19?

In a german forum thread someone told so.

I have been testing today , changed many times the batteries, many take offs and landings. Never had to reboot app, drone or rc. Even didnot have to disconnect the otg cable. And this is with the 4.19 update. So i think we have a green light regarding this bug. Now hoping no new bugs occur.

I filed a ticket with DJI Support and their answer was to delete and re-install the DJI Go 4 app.

Sounds like a BS answer but will try it anyway when I have the patience... :-/

Is this on IOS?
