Is there an easy way to record what I see in the dji go app on my IPhone 6s? (Without jail breaking)

Also while I'm here, how do I download the flight log files that I see so many people do?

You can sign up for the Apple Beta Software program and upgrade to IOS 11 beta. In IOS 11 you can kick off Screen Recording from the new Control Center.

For the screen recording, you may need to contact the Apple Support.
To export the flight log, for iOS devices, connect the device to the computer, launch the iTunes, find the flight records in the DJI GO 4 app, then you'll be able to copy the FlightRecord folder to the computer.
