Hello all,

My spark was working great a few days ago. Got the new update and now the app will say "enter device" I choose the device and it will pop up that DJI go 4 has crashed. When i remove my sd card the app will load up, but if the SD card is not inserted it will crash again. Any ideas on a fix? Also the app works until the spark is connected. Then it fails.

I second this. I also posted a thread today relates to the strange behavior of 4.1.5.3
Engineers should definitely look into this matter.
Last night, it even recognized my Spark as DJI Osmo...

Mine will fly and completely work if the SD card is not inserted its very strange..Once i put the SD card in, the app crashes 100% of the time.

What mobile device are you using? Just to verify, the SD card is inserted into the drone or your mobile device? Have you tried to delete the APP, install it again, then run it when your mobile device is in the airplane mode?
