Hi all,
I was just a bit tired from reading here about issues, fly-aways and crashes all the time.
So here are few pics from the last weekend when we were out together with couple of friends of mine.

So statistics: five Mavics together, two days of flying, a lot of fun enjoyed, marvelous stakes and stroganoff eaten...
And the best - Guess what(?!) - NO, ZERO, NADA, NICEVO - issues at all!

(OK, yes we had one - with the SD card, but this was solved immediately).

Looks like a lot of fun, out of the millions of DJI products sold, compared to the tens of thousands of posts here in this forum that have problems DJI still seems to lead the way in quadcopter inovation & reliability.

You could do some trick or formation flying, like the big airplanes do.

Then tie a rope between all the Mavics and make a trained cat walk the rope.

I can top this from our last come together with seven Mavics... ;) but you can expect strong interferences.

We were thinking of some auto-pilot mission, e.g. some follow-me mode set up for Mavic one after another... but later we decided, that we would rather postpone the potential Mavic-mass-destruction for some future occasions :-)

(Other thing was, that the time is running very fast when 5 Mavics are up in the air, there is really not a spare second for anything... :-) the battery drains just too fast...

Yes, I can imagine, that the stress to avoid collision between the 5 Mavics must be immense!

We selected different altitudes according to the RC,
so e.g. 51, 53, 55, 57, 59 meters alt. before we have approached closer together.
The star or olympic hectagon shape made of Mavics just looks in this shape from the particular angle. So when you move the camera to different position you would see that they are in different altitudes...
