So, today I tried some distance flights, again.
And found out, 36-38 km is max speed.
First I thought, sidewinds, whatever, because both ways same top speed.
So I changed location and there it  got me 2500m, OTG flight in 5.8 GHz mode.
But not more top Speed.
I changed the location again, only to find out even headwind one way,  but full tailwind direction to home point:

Nothing over 39.9km/h

To my normal ~50km/h, ~53km/h top speed with tailwind, from before the update, I am missing about 30%
I start to think that in the DJI up-date is a "fight the speedhack" (50% speed plus) code.
Which is affecting the normal top speed, in my case.
I was just not really in the mode to test the normal mode and beginner, but I am sure I have seen only about 10km in normal mode.
And the "obstacle ...." was off, of course!

And i think, i have read about the 40 km/h max speed somewhere, but cant find it.

On the plus side: The "dronie" worked, the circle worked.

Oh: And do I need to deinstall the Go4 Vers. 4.1.5, tp get the new Version?
Checking the update IN the app keeps tellin me:
"No latest version detected"
And where to get?
Playstyore keeps tellin also:  4.1.5 is latest/actual version.

Can that be the reason for lower Top speed?
