Hi, I have followed the instructions to complete the Firmware update on my Spark, the update log is stuck at 99% my iPhone shows the animation of a paper plane and a folder but the update has been ongoing for 35 minutes, it has been at 99% for over 30 minutes is this normal?

Best to update and finish update of , with assistant 2 on mac or pc. Than restart drone

It was full battery and two greens and two yellows. It has now got two solid red lights two flashing red lights (rear) and 25% battery

If you have the RC see if it connects - if it does update is complete.

I have same problem withy P4.  Stuck at 99# and iPhone is connected by cable to P4.

Have you checked the gimbal light? What is the light status?  You can also check the firmware via DJI Assistant 2.

Is it resolved? Connect the drone to DJI Assistant 2, check the current firmware version, if it is not up to date, please try to re-upgrade it via DJI Assistant 2.

You could force close it and open it later. Or just have a try force restarting your iPhone. If both ways don't help, then it might be attributed to iOS system issues. In this way, you had better fix the iOS through free iOS recovery software, thus improving your iPhone's performance.
