Have you removed the foam packing piece from behind the gimbal arm ? This is to protect it during initial transit, but not required after that.

Is the gimbal suspended okay, the rubber dampers working in all directions ?

Also check no damage or dirt sticking to propellers, and they're all fitted correctly, either of those may cause vibration.

its built into the lower part of the structure, just check that there is a bit of free movement in all directions at the base of the gimbal arm. You should be able to see the ring of rubber that supports the gimbal.

I'm almost out of ideas here, it's normally some sort of mechanical vibration that causes the 'Jello' affect like that.

Which video camera settings were in use frame rate, shutter speed, aperture etc ?

Try a test run, manually set 4k@48fps, shutter 1/96th (or as close as you can to this), and adjust aperture so that EV value is as near zero you can get. See if that looks a bit smoother.

Another long shot, but a firmware refresh, factory reset using Assistant 2, perhaps a reset of camera settings (in camera menu, DJI Go 4). Some of these may help, no harm in trying them. I suppose you've calibrated the gimbal just after IMU ?
