My newly acquired Phantom 4 Pro (July) showed some errors when I wanted to fly it for the second time, on my holiday location. I posted in this forum about these problems (Air Encoder Error (0x20), 'No transmission signal', malfunctioning DJI Assistant 2 <-> Phantom 4 Pro on Windows 10 PC.
In the end I opened a support ticket with DJI and they helped out fantastically.
I sent the P4P to DJI on Monday, the 21th of August. And today, Monday August 29th, I got my new Phantom 4 Pro on my doorstep.
