There's been a lot of talks about getting citation for flying our aircraft. Some folks states that they received it by getting caught at the flying site and some says received it on the mail via their social media postings. What I would like to know is how does one gets it and ways to avoid it.
Flying in the NO FLY ZONE is not recommended. If you need to fly in the restricted area, please contact flysafe@dji.com. They will help you solve your problems.

Here in The Netherlands I know of some cases where people got fined by the police for flying in NFZ's.
In total there were 36 tickets in 2016 for 'illegal' flying (no specification on that part), some were 'caught' via Youtube (so not while flying).
The fines were pretty high also (around € 300 - € 1000) so I for sure would not try and find the edges.

There you go. The price of flying in no fly zone is really high and I would recommend pilots know more about the local rules and knowledge of the restricted area.

So for those folks who got caught via youtube, youtube must have given that pilots personal info; like IP, provider, etc. This process takes lots of time on the enforcer side. But since its a big fine, its worth their time.

That is true indeed, but probably enforcement will get the info when it is a clear case.
