Good morning,
I'm going to buy the spark combo but It will be shipped from China. In the seller's notes this notice appears:
Note: you need a cell phone number with 11 figures if you want to activate the product

What does it mean?
Can I still spark through DJI App, or do I have problems in EU (Italy)?

MaxBDS, the phone number is used for registering app account. And you can activate the spark by DJI GO 4. Here is the guide of the operation, it may help:
