Really, looks like a deal but what's the catch

Really so if I buy an official battery from a Retail Store  like Walmart, London Drugs etc , DJI is not responsible . IF it is an official DJI Product then ?????? I'm confused .
2nd question isn't this a official DJI Product ?
3rd Good luck getting any support from DJI , because its usually PILOT ERROR
4th I won't skimp on cheap knock offs , they just don't work but OFFICIAL DJI PRODUCTS .. GOOD FOR ME
